The 2DCC High-Temperature Muffle Furnace with maximum 1800 oC continuous operating temperature is utilized for the single crystal growth that melting point of crystal higher than 1100 oC. The furnace chamber will accept a sample of maximum 6” x 6” x 6”. Programmatic control allows for ±1 oC temperature accuracy.
