Developing
The Nanofab has 3 develop benches. There are 2 common methods for developing, immersion using beakers, or spray develop utilizing the Laurell EDS automatic dispense. The EDS is plumbed with tetra methyl ammonia hydroxide (TMAH).
The Nanofab has solvent and base developers to accommodate the extensive inventory of polymer coatings.
