ALL Invited Speakers and Contributed Speakers (poster only) are REQUIRED to bring a physical poster of their abstract to the conference and it must be displayed for the duration of the conference.
Required Sizes: 36" x 46" (portrait) or 46" x 36" (landscape)
- Poster set-up is Sunday, November 13 from 3:00pm - 5:00pm in the Poster Exhibit Room.
- Posters must be removed after the last session on Wednesday, November 16 at 12:30pm, or immediately after lunch from 2:00pm - 3:00pm.
Posters must be removed by 3:00pm. Posters not removed will be discarded. - Taking video or photographs of posters is prohibited and requires the explicit permission of the author.
- Poster printing is the responsibility of the attendee.
Posters are required - no exception.
