Poster Information

Please note that posters are open to Penn State presenters ONLY.

FREE Poster Printing :  Final posters are due no later than, Sunday, October 13th at the end of the day in order to ensure that they would be printed for the event.  Posters should be submitting using the form on the intranet.
No posters will be accepted for printing after 12:01 a.m. October 14th.   See alternative printing locations below.

Instructions for Poster Setup on Tuesday, October 29th. 

Those who use MRI for poster printing will not have to set up their poster for the Poster Session.  The event coordinators will display your poster in the HUB Alumni Hall for you.
Those who are not using MRI for poster printing will be responsible for dropping their poster off in Alumni Hall at least one hour before your session begins.  Velcro will be provided.

• For the morning poster session, you are expected to be at your poster from 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
• For the afternoon poster session, you are expected to be at your poster from 1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
• For the reception poster session, you are expected to be at your poster from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Please collect your poster after the Poster Session is complete.  We will not be bringing posters back with us unless prior arrangements have been made.
