Image/Fiji open-source software is a powerful tool for processing and analyzing image sets. It also allows the automation of image analysis with custom macros and plugins.
With this webinar we will give a general introduction to Image/Fiji, and demonstrate results achieved with segmentation and orientation driven plugins applied to secondary electron microscope images.
