This is a closed conference and abstract submission is via INVITATION ONLY.

Please read this important information before submitting your abstract at the bottom of the page below.

Abstracts
  • A MANDATORY abstract template is required. Download it here - ABSTRACT TEMPLATE
    • IMPORTANT: Detailed formatting and preparation instructions are written within the body of the template - please read it carefully.
    • DO NOT USE OLD abstract templates from previous years. Use the template provided here.
  • Presenting Author section at the bottom of the template must only include information about the actual presenter.
    • First and last name must be spelled out; do not use an initial for the first name.
    • If you are NOT the presenter, do not enter your information in the Presenting Author section. Enter the presenters information.
  • Indicate the type of presentation you would like at the bottom of the template.
  • Only .doc or .docx file formats will be accepted. Files in any other format will be rejected. 4 MB is the maximum file size.
  • Late abstract submissions may be considered on a "space available" basis only.
  • We do not accept abstracts from attendees via email or postal mail.
  • Exhibitors MUST request SPACE PRIOR to submitting an abstract due to limited space.

Abstract Presentation Type
  • Abstracts are categorized as follows:
    (organizing committee determines the presentation type)
    • Poster-only
    • 3-minute oral talk + poster
    • 15-minute oral talk + poster
    • Exhibitors - may give a 3-minute oral summary if desired (poster not required)
  • Selected papers are afforded the 15-minute talk type. This selection is based on the technical content of the abstract.
    Not all authors who select this type will be chosen. If you chose but did not receive this presentation type, your abstract will be categorized as poster only or poster with 3-minute oral talk.
  • Oral presentations - Speakers must bring their presentation on a USB drive to the session room 30 minutes PRIOR to their scheduled session.
 
Posters
  • Physical POSTERS are REQUIRED by presenters and must be brought to the conference regardless of your presentation type. Exhibitors and Sponsors may present without a poster are not required to bring one.
  • Poster size requirements - 36" x 46" (Portrait) or 46" x 36" (Landscape).
  • All posters must remain on display in the poster exhibit room for the full conference.
  • Poster set up is Monday May 6, 2024 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm.
  • Posters must be removed after lunch at 1:00 PM on Thursday May 9, 2024.
  • Posters not removed will be discarded.
  • Taking video or photographs of posters is strictly prohibited.
  • For security purposes, we DO NOT accept electronic presentations of any type by any method, prior to the conference.
  • All presentations and printing are the responsibility of the attendee. We do not provide services.
