CEDE seeks to provide opportunities for interaction between industry, government, and academia. In addition, CEDE seeks to promote access to research results in a timely manner, enrich student education experience, maintain Penn State’s role as a credible and impartial resource, and contribute to Penn State’s primary mission of teaching and research. Full Member ($125k)

  • Voting rights (5 votes per Full Member) for research Project selection
  • Access to results from funded research Projects
  • Option to negotiate non-exclusive royalty-free license to Project Intellectual Property
  • Invitation to attend and present at Center Directed Energy Day and workshops
  • Opportunity to interact with Penn State students at planned Center events, for possible recruitment purposes

Associate Member ($25k)

  • Support Center’s workforce development mission
  • Access to results from funded research Projects

  • Opportunity to interact with Penn State students at planned Center events, for possible recruitment purposes
