Exhibit space is VERY LIMITED and available on a first-come, first-served basis UPON REQUEST.
(Submitting an abstract is not a form of request for exhibit space; you must request exhibit space via email). -

Sponsors will be offered exhibit space first as a benifit of their sponsorship.

Exhibitors must submit an ABSTRACT.

Exhibitors are NOT REQUIRED to bring a POSTER this year!

Exhibitors may give a 3-minute oral summary if desired, after the fist session on Tuesday.

Exhibitors will be provided with a SMALL area for their commercial display which includes a 6-foot table, electrical power supply and chairs.

Displays cannot extend beyone the 6-foot table in any direction due to limited space. NO EXCEPTION.

Exhibitors are considered attendees and must pay the conference registration fee.
Exhibitor & Sponsor Set-up / Removal of Equipment

Unload / Set-up: Monday, May 6, 2024, no earlier than 3:00 PM. Set-up by 8:00 PM.

Removal: Thursday, May 9, 2024, no later than 1:00 PM.

The conference coordinator will be available on-site to provide direction.
