Project Summary

Development of an integrated platform for education and research related to secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) between Clark Atlanta University (CAU) and Penn State to synergistically advance the capabilities of both institutions.

Impact

The goals of the work are to develop a shared user base for dynamic SIMS and ToF-SIMS, to build collaborations between CAU and Penn State, and to obtain preliminary SIMS data across multiple research areas to enable future proposal submissions.
