Our next lab spotlight is the Trolier-Mckinstry group! Her group studies thin films and bulk ceramics for dielectric, piezoelectric, and ferroelectric applications. They look at the fundamentals of why materials have the properties they do, and how to turn those mechanisms on and off. In addition, they examine the processing science of these materials in order to make devices out of them. Awesome work Dr. Mckinstry!
