Our first lab spotlight is Dr. Stephanie Law. The Law lab focuses on the synthesis of thin films and multilayer structures using molecular beam epitaxy, a technique in which the material is made by depositing one layer of atoms at a time. These materials are used for next-generation optoelectronic devices, semiconductor applications, and quantum information science. We’re so glad to have her as a part of MRI and at Penn State!
