Today’s lab spotlight is the Redwing group! The Redwing lab focuses on synthesis of semiconductor thin films and nanostructures using metalorganic chemical vapor deposition. A current area of focus for them is the synthesis of two dimensional (2D) semiconductors, which are of interest for next generation electronics for computing and artificial intelligence.
