Construction of the MRI Nanofabrication Laboratory expansion in the Millennium Science Complex is now underway, with Phase One moving into full swing. The cleanroom and all of our labs on the first floor are fully operational and accessible through the open corridor on the Pollock Road side of the building.
The project marks the first step in enhancing Penn State’s capabilities in next-generation microelectronics and microsystems research. Once completed, the expanded facility will provide advanced infrastructure to support device development, integration and packaging, helping accelerate the transition of new technologies from research to real-world applications.
