Registration
Registration is now open. The registration fee for the workshop is $600 if you register before April 30 ($300 for Penn State affiliates) and of $675 after this date. The last date to register is May 14. The registration fee covers workshop materials, lunch for the five days, and the conference dinner.
Cancellation
This program may be canceled or postponed because of unforeseen circumstances. If a program is cancelled or postponed, Quantum Espresso will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other related costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. Individuals canceling prior to April 30th will be assessed a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds or cancellations made after April 29th. Substitutions can be made at any time.
