Exhibitor and Sponsor Information

 

Exhibitor/Commercial Product Displays

  • Exhibiting firms wishing to present their products must submit an abstract. Posters are also required to accompany your abstract and will remain on display in the Poster Exhibition room for the full duration of the Workshop.
     
  • Selected companies will be provided with an area for their commercial display in the Poster Exhibition room to include a 6' table, electrical power supply, chairs, poster display boards and velcro to adhere your poster to the board. Pins and tape are not permitted to be used on the boards.
     
  • Exhibitors may begin setting up their table/booth beginning no earlier than Monday, May 7, 2018 at 4:30 PM.
     
  • Tear-down of Exhibitor displays should begin NO LATER THAN 1:00 PM, however you are welcome to begin tear-down prior to 1:00 PM.

Sponsors

  • Organizations wishing to sponsor a portion of the workshop should contact Sandie Elder, Conference Coordinator at sle34@psu.edu for information.
     
  • Sponsors will be provided with an area for their commercial display in the Poster Exhibition room to include a 6' table, electrical power supply, and chairs.  Sponsors are not required to provide a poster but can. If you elect to display a poster, display boards and velcro to adhere your poster to the board will be provided as well. Pins and tape are not permitted to be used on the boards.
     
  • Sponsors will have their logo prominently displayed on the website, program book and signage at the conference.
     
  • Sponsors may begin setting up their table/booth beginning no earlier than Monday, May 7, 2018 at 4:30 PM.
     

Equipment

Shipping

  • If desired, your equipment can be shipped directly to The Penn Stater using their Equipment Shipping Form.
  • You may request this form from Sandie Elder, Conference Coordinator at sle34@psu.edu.
  • Equipment is not permitted to arrive at The Penn Stater prior to Thursday, May 3, 2018.
  • Equipment shipped without prior submission and approval of the form will not be accepted.
  • All equipment is the sole responsibility of the Ehibitor or Sponsor.

Unloading Equipment at The Penn Stater

  • Equipment should be unloaded quickly at the designated area near the front side of the building. See Map Here
  • Once the equipment is unloaded, please move the vehicle(s) to the parking area to allow for other vehicles to pull up and begin unloading.
  • You may then begin moving the equipment into President's Hall 1 & 2 to your designated space.
  • Unload and set up will begin no earlier than Monday, May 7, 2018 at 4:30 PM.
