Why Sponsor?  

Promote your company and engage with 200+ Penn State attendees and 100+ external visitors at Materials Day 2025. This event is Penn State Materials Research Institutes’ largest outreach event of the year and sponsorships have proven to be a valuable way to promote your organization while making new connections in the materials community at Penn State, and with government and industry attendees.  

Sponsorship Types 

  1. Gold: $3000 (2 available)   
    Your name & logo will be featured on all Materials Day emails and the Materials Day website.  In addition to verbal recognition at the reception, your logo will be prominently displayed at the MSC Entrance on the “Welcome to Materials Day” signage.  You may have space in the MRI lobby to set up a marketing table with information about your company.  Your logo will be prominently displayed at beverage and food locations.  Note that these funds will support printing of technical posters, and food and drinks to be served during the reception.
  2. Silver: $1500 (6 available) 
    You will be recognized at reception, and you will have the ability to set up a marketing tabletop in the MSC 3rd Floor Commons.  Your logo will be displayed at beverage and food locations.  Note that these funds will support printing of technical posters, and food and drinks to be served during the reception.
  3. Bronze: $500 (unlimited) 
    You will be recognized at reception.  Your logo will be displayed at beverage and food locations.  Note that these funds will support printing of technical posters, and food and drinks to be served during the reception.
