FREE Poster Printing: Final posters are due no later than Monday, October 12th by 11:59 p.m. in order to ensure that they will be printed for the event. Posters should be submitted using the poster printing request form.
No posters will be printed after 12:00 a.m. October 13th. See alternative printing locations below.

Instructions for Poster Setup on Tuesday, October 28th.
Those who use MRI for poster printing will not have to set up their poster for the Poster Session. The event coordinators will display your poster in the Millennium Science Complex.
Those who are not using MRI for poster printing will be responsible for bringing their poster to MSC N-352 in the poster drop box no later than Friday, October 24th.
- For the morning poster session, you are expected to be at your poster from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
- For the afternoon poster session, you are expected to be at your poster from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Please collect your poster after the Poster Session is complete.
