IT Policies

Information Technology (IT) resources are vital to the faculty, staff, and students within the Materials Research Institute. Offering highly available, secure, robust and functional technologies and services to the MRI community is the highest priority for the MRI IT Group. While the MRI IT Group does its part to provide this type of an environment, there are also obligations on the part every user who participates (actively or passively) in this environment. To this end, these policies describe the environment provided by the MRI IT Group as well as the obligations of the MRI IT Group and the users.

These policies are intended to be supplemental to University policies, guidelines and specifications.
