Remote work is defined as technical processes performed by our engineering staff for your organization. It is directed by someone in your organization on a step-by step basis and performed by qualified PSU staff. There is no need to enter the facility in person to have remote work done on your behalf.

Remote work is not long-term research projects for your company. Because we are undertaking specific steps in your research and development efforts, we cannot guarantee success, but we can guarantee that we will have qualified people on appropriate equipment undertaking the work that you have stipulated. If we can’t do this, we will not do the work. All remote work is done on a best effort basis and payable whether or not success is achieved.

For remote work inquires please complete the Online Remote Work Request Form below. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible in order to help us evaluate and respond to your request. Please expect up to a two week delay between the submission of your request and a response from our technical staff. If you have not received a response within the two week time period and you would like to check on the status of your inquiry, please contact NNIN at Penn State.
