Additional Agreements
The ARSO is the standard non-negotiable agreement used by the Nanofab. If the ARSO is not appropriate for your research, see the alternative negotiable agreements below.
- The Memorandum of Agreement can be used for simple processes or sample testing.
- The Sponsored Research Agreement can be used for more complex processes and scopes of work.

Seed grants available to qualifying industry organizations.
Intellectual Property
Company IP remains with the company, and jointly developed IP falls under the Penn State intellectual property policy.
The user and user institution will not disclose any proprietary or confidential information to the Nanofab staff, unless a prior non-disclosure or confidential agreement has been established between the user’s institution and the Nanofab.
