Accomplishments/Education:
Rick received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Penn State in 1986 and did some graduate study in Computer Engineering, also at Penn State. Rick taught a Digital Design course at Penn State during the 1988-89 school year.
Background/Bio:
Rick is originally from Hanover, PA and moved to State College in 1985 to attend Penn State. He worked as a Systems Engineer for the Pennsylvania Dairy Herd Improvement Association for 13 years before coming to Penn State's College of Education as a Sr. Applications Programmer/Analyst. Rick joined MRI in 2003. In his spare time, Rick enjoys photography, playing music and spending time in amusement parks.
Responsibilities:
Rick is responsible for MRI's data. He maintains the SQL Servers that support many of MRI's programs and the web site and develops programs for the users of the data.
