Accomplishments/Education:

Dan received a B.S. in Chemistry from Lebanon Valley College, Annville, PA in 1996, and a M.S. in Chemistry from The Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA in 1999 under the tutelage of Dr. Nick Winograd

 

Background/Bio:

Originally from Palmyra, PA, Dan arrived in State College in June of 1996 for graduate school. After finishing his Master's degree in 1999, he joined the Materials Research Institute. Married since 1997, he and his wife, Ann, live in State College. Outside of working, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and their two GSPs (Porter and Sarah), online gaming, cooking (and eating!) and enjoying the outdoors.

 

Responsibilities:

Dan is responsible for the Information Technology infrastructure of MRI and for the facilities (physical plant) in the MRI Building.
