Placing an Order: To place an order for MRI memorabilia you can:

  1. use the on-line order form below
  2. download and fill out then return the order form (an editable PDF) to Amy Davis via email ( Validate to view contact info )
  3. download, fill and print out the order form then walk in to 201 MRL and place your order in person

 

Order Pickup: You will be contacted via email when your order is ready for pickup.  Orders may be picked up between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm in room 201 MRL.  (These hours are in place due to availability of the Accounting Office)

 

Method of Payment: Cash and Checks (checks made payable to “The Pennsylvania State University”)
