Gas Cylinder Ordering – New Procedure

Begining July 2009, orders for gas cylinders for MRI labs will be done via an on-line form. If you need to order gas cylinders please bookmark the following link for the MRI Lab Gas Cylinder Order Form.

(NOTE: Permanent links to this form can be found under the Intranet portion of the MRI web site on the Forms, Financial Resources and Services pages.)

To Place an Order: Fill out the required information on the form, then click "Submit Order" at the bottom of the form.  Your order will be automatically submitted to the accounting staff for processing.

Orders received before 1:00 pm will be processed that day. Orders received after 1:00 will be processed the next business day. If you have any questions please contact Sharon Holzworth ( Validate to view contact info ) .
